Summary
Born in 1981 in Northern Illinois, Lynell Ingram is an illustrator, artist and designer. Having received her education from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design with a major in Illustration, she combines digital and traditional mediums while focusing on the story-telling (or story-suggesting) qualities of imagery. With utilization of saturated color and expression, she mutates even the most mundane elements in life into an exploration of curiosity and emotion. Her illustrations have been published in books, albums, games and magazines. Most recently her work has been shown in the Chicagoland area at the Trickster Gallery, the 1901 and RGB Lounge. Lynell has won multiple design awards and is highly recognizable from her unique style.
